Shipping times are approximate and subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays.
Packaging Details
Each item will arrive in a soft fabric pouch or a box inside Eva Gems box. Loose diamonds or built rings will be presented in a ring box. Loose diamonds will be held in place by a tension-secured spring ring for presentation purposes only and should not be worn.
Hold For Pickup and Other Alternate Delivery Options
If your purchase is a surprise, or you are unable to be home for delivery, you may arrange for your package to be held at a UPS Hold for Pick-Up location where it will be held for up to five business days until retrieved by you, or the person you designate.

Signature Requirements for Delivery
A signature is always required on all Eva Gems orders sent via UPS, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with your shipping carrier. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your delivery, or arrange for alternative delivery options.
