At EVA GEMS, we stand behind the quality of our luxury pieces. You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once you initiate a return, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of providing the package to the return shipper. This timeline includes transit time (5-10 business days), our internal processing (3-5 business days), and any additional time needed by your bank (5-10 business days) to finalize the refund.

To start a return, simply log in to your account, view your order through the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and select "Return Item(s)." We will keep you updated via email once we’ve received and processed your return.
